Ingredients

2 c. frozen mango

¼ c. dried Goji berries

2 c. full-fat coconut milk

½ c. orange juice

1 tsp. Vitamin C powder

½ tsp. ground cardamom
-
1 tsp. Rosebud’s Liquid Gold
Directions
Place goji berries in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soak for 10 minutes, then drain.
Combine all ingredients, including the hydrated berries, into the blender. Blast on high for 30-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
