Ingredients

¾ c. unsalted pistachios, crushed

1-2 tsp. olive/avocado oil

2 tsp. Rosebud’s Liquid Gold

5.3 oz. goat cheese log
-
1 ⅓ c. green grapes (about 10-12 grapes)

Honey for drizzling, optional
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, pour in your pistachios, oil, and Liquid Gold. Mix until evenly coated. Transfer to the lined-baking sheet.
Roast the nuts in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly browned.
While the pistachios are roasting, cut your goat cheese log into slices. Then take a slice of cheese and form it around a grape until evenly wrapped. Do this for the remaining.
Let them cool for 10 minutes. Then slightly crush the nuts, just broken enough to stick to the cheese rounds.
Add the nuts to a plate and roll the rounds until evenly coated. Once all the rounds are coated, place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Serve after chilling and enjoy!
