Ingredients

2-3# bone-in lamb roast
-
2-3 Tbsp. Rosebud’s Jane’s Italian (enough to coat all sides)

Black pepper, to taste
-
Drizzle of olive/avocado oil (to coat roast)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Pat roast dry, coat with olive oil, sprinkle with Jane’s Italian and black pepper.
Place on center rack of oven. Cook until your preferred doneness. (Medium rare to medium is ideal)
Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes then slice and enjoy!
