Ingredients

¼ c. apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

⅓ c. organic cold-pressed olive oil

1 Tbsp. raw honey

Baja Gold Sea Salt and pepper, to taste

1 bunch of kale, stems removed & chopped
-
1 large Honeycrisp apple, cored & chopped

4 slices of bacon, cooked & diced
-
½ c. celery, sliced
-
½ c. feta cheese, crumbled
-
½ medium red onion, diced
-
2/3 c. Rosebud’s Harvest Spiced Nuts

Directions
For the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together.
For the Salad:
In a large salad bowl, add the kale.
Just before serving, add the dressing to the kale, and then toss until combined and coated.
Top with the rest of the ingredients and gently toss until combined. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
- Turn this dish into a main course by adding some savory grilled chicken on top! We like to add a bit of citrus flare to the chicken by adding our Rosebud's Lemon Pepper seasoning!
- If you prefer a different base for your salad, swap out the kale for romaine or spinach!
