6 c. Crushed Rolled Oats, pre-bake

1.5 c. Crushed Wheat #3

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ tsp. Baja Gold Sea Salt

1 c. zante currant raisins

1 c. walnuts, chopped

8 Tbsp. butter
-
¾ c. choice of nut butter
-
½ c. maple syrup
-
Rosebud’s Hot Chocolate

Rosebud’s Pumpkin Latte

Rosebud’s Liquid Gold
Optional (2 Tbsp.)
Directions
Baking the Oats Before Starting:
Preheat oven to 250°F
Place oats on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. (This prevents the oats from giving a bad odor since they have not been heated or steamed.)
Making the Granola:
Preheat oven to 250°F - 300°F (depending on your oven, we did 275°F).
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Optional: Add in 2 Tbsp. of your favorite Rosebud’s Beverage Mix to jazz it up — we love Liquid Gold!
In a pan on medium heat, melt together the wet ingredients (butter, nut butter, and maple syrup) until fully incorporated.
Combine wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
