Preserving the Flavors of Summer: Sweet Corn & Salsa

There is nothing better than fresh sweet corn and homemade salsa made from ingredients fresh from the garden. We will show you how simple it is to make freezer sweet corn and homemade salsa. This is a hands-on class. We will provide all the ingredients and kitchen utensils. We have a decent number of knives, but if you have a favorite, feel free to bring it.

You will take home 1 pint of freezer corn and 1 pint of salsa.

Class cost is $37 per person.
