I am gluten intolerant and by a series of events found out about this product from someone who has celiac and is able to eat it. It works quite well for me. It makes great bread and yeast foods.

Great Grain !
This was introduced to us at our airbnb for some church meetings. A loaf of this bread was sitting in the frig when we got there with a note on the loaf explaining what it was. I noticed that eating this bread did not raise my blood sugar like other whole wheat breads did. We have been buyers ever since.
