How To Use

Directions: Add the contents of packet to a stock pot with 1 gallon of water. Heat on low stove until salt is dissolved. Place turkey in a stock pot large enough to hold a fully-immersed turkey. Pour cooled brine over turkey, and add more water to cover the turkey completely.

Optional add-ins: 2 cups Apple Cider or 1 Cup Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar or Maple Sugar.
